Looking forward to seeing more of your contributions and discussions on the forum this week. Keep sharing your experiences and insights.

We had a prank morph into a leadership moment last July, and the fix was a 10-minute, no-phones “reset huddle” right after lunch where each counselor shared one win and one snag; it cooled the “mid-season tensions” and made it obvious who should lead the next day’s tough cabin swap. If lunch is slammed at your camp, slide it to lights-out and keep it to five minutes so it sticks.

Quick example: after a prank, we ran a “clipboard day” — handed the counselor the rotation sheet and had them call transitions while I shadowed — confidence went up and the cabin settled fast. Works best if you set a clear stop time and a low-key debrief; otherwise it can feel like punishment, @LeahC.
