Would You Take This Job? — Would a season of hands-on camp work and living on-site be a rewarding fit for you?

@OP Did this in Greeley; room/board great, budget days off; $1.8k-$3k goes fast — you good with long days?

I did a season near Greeley and the biggest surprise was how much ‘pre-camp’ certs mattered — getting lifeguard/CPR bumped me toward the $3k end. @Guide is right to think about costs; ask if Camp Timber Tops covers travel and laundry because those little fees are , but if you like running arts and team-building, the room & board helps a lot.

Big factor is whether you’re “bunk” or a specialist — my bunk year was late nights/early wake-ups and my Fitbit hit its step goal before breakfast; switching to ropes specialist gave me real breaks and a slight pay bump. @johnson39 is right on certs; ask if Timber Tops covers lifeguard/CPR or ropes training — are you leaning bunk or specialist?
