You wouldn’t believe the shenanigans that happen during our staff meetings. The other day, we had such a heated debate over whether pineapple belongs on pizza that it turned into an all-out pizza party debate, complete with a silly straw for the person who could make the funniest argument. I’m curious, has anyone else had funny moments trying to resolve conflicts among their teams?
I once saw a disagreement over the campfire song selection turn into a full-on drum-off! It’s funny how a little competition can ease tension. Has anyone tried that?
