Thoughts on camper feedback sessions

I’ve been thinking about how we can enhance our feedback sessions with campers this year. Last summer, we tried a more interactive approach and the kids really responded positively. What does everyone else do to make sure their campers feel heard and engaged? I’d love to swap ideas and strategies.

I think incorporating structured icebreakers early on can really help campers feel safe to share. Last summer, we used a few simple games that got everyone talking, which made a big difference. Have you tried anything like that?

It’s great to hear everyone’s ideas! One thing I’ve found helpful is having a ‘feedback wall’ where campers can post their thoughts anonymously — kind of like a suggestion box but way more colorful. @alexander29, do you think that might fit into your plans?
