The Importance of a First Aid Kit

You can’t underestimate the value of a well-stocked first aid kit at camp… Last summer, we had a small incident with a bee sting, and having the right supplies turned a scary moment into a quick fix. I’d love to hear what you all pack for your kits and any must-have items you recommend.

And i totally get that! , I once had a similar bee sting scare at camp. One thing I swear by is keeping a couple of single-use ice packs in the kit — super handy for reducing swelling quickly.

Totally agree about first aid kits! Last year, we had a splinter situation that turned into a mini meltdown, but having tweezers saved the day. And @jackson41, ice packs are a great shout — nothing like a cool compress to calm down the bee sting panic.
