Must-Have Team-Building Games for Kids

I’ve been running summer camps for a few years now, and I’ve learned that nothing builds camaraderie like a good team-building game. One of my favorites is the Human Knot! It gets the kids laughing and working together, plus it’s a great way to break the ice on the first day. What are some of your go-to games to help foster teamwork among your campers?

Human Knot is awesome! I’ve found relay races can also be a hit. How do you keep the energy up during games?

I totally get what you mean about the Human Knot; it’s hilarious! One game I love is the ‘Trust Fall’ — it really helps build that team connection, especially on the first day… Just make sure there’s enough space and supervision to keep everyone safe.
