Lost in the Wilderness? Just Spark a Dance-Off

Ever try to motivate a group of campers who just can’t seem to follow a map? Last week, I found myself lost in the woods with a handful of tweens. Instead of panicking, I started a dance-off right there on the trail. Turns out, when they’re shaking it to some tunes, they forget their fear! Has anyone else found an unexpected way to break the tension during camp chaos?

Ending up lost can sometimes feel like a scene from a comedy, can’t it? I once started an impromptu nature scavenger hunt to keep the kids focused and engaged. It’s funny how a little challenge can turn confusion into a game.
