Good training for camp photographers

Anyone have recommendations for short courses or webinars that sharpen youth-focused visual storytelling and media ethics? I’m the camp photographer (averaging 2,000+ shots a week on a Sony a6400 and editing in Lightroom) and I’m looking for off-season training in January — especially around consent with minors, efficient culling/editing, and safe social sharing?

, consent with minors is messy; ACA usually runs January webinars on photo consent/social sharing — browse their calendar here: https://www.acacamps.org/education-events. For culling those 2,000 a week in Lightroom, try running AfterShoot or Narrative Select before import; they flag soft shots/dupes and cut my edit time in half. If you want a tighter ethics framework, skim NPPA’s code and bake the key points into your camp release and captioning workflow.
