One activity that worked great for us was a ‘team challenge’, where mixed-age groups navigated a scavenger hunt — it really brought out the creativity and teamwork, especially when they had to solve puzzles together. Have you thought about something similar?
I once organized a DIY crafts day where campers of all ages teamed up to create things for a community art installation. It was amazing to see how different skills came together — like a paint-splattered puzzle! @sarah_wil82 might have some thoughts on how to add a competitive twist to that.
