Best apps for managing camp schedules

I’ve been experimenting with different scheduling apps to keep track of our daily activities at camp, and I’m curious what other IT folks are using. We started out with Google Calendar, but I’m finding it a bit clunky with all the overlapping events. Anyone have recommendations for tools that work well for camps, especially ones that handle group activities and notifications?

You might want to check out CampBrain — it really simplifies scheduling and sends out notifications for group activities. I agree on the timing part; we found that having reminders a day in advance helps keep everyone on track. Have you tried any apps like that?

Have you considered using Trello? It’s like a board game for scheduling, letting you move tasks around as things change. Plus, it has great notification features for group activities, so you might find it less clunky than Google Calendar.
